Shelter Care programs are provided to youth who are runaways, truants, and/or abused or neglected. Placement
may last up to 90 days. Located in a community setting, the goal is to have the youth return to a stable home setting.
Specific services include family work, behavior stabilization, assessment, life-skills, education, counseling, and
recreation. |
