 Outreach
& Tracking
is our flagship model. Having operated continuously
for over 30 years, the program is designed to assist youth
and families in remaining in their community by providing
a strength-based assessment, intensive wraparound, and
a flexible array of in-home and community based services.
Enhanced Family
Outreach
combines all the components of our Outreach & Tracking
model with a formalized clinical component that provides
in-home treatment and consultation as part of the Key
team's services for the family.
Community Re-entry Center
are based in a local neighborhood where juvenile
offenders are required to report regularly to the center.
Participants are involved in a structured program of
life skills, family work, education, counseling, and
recreation.
Mental Health
Clinics
As a licensed, outpatient Mental Health Clinic, Key offers
a full array of mental health services. Individual,
group, and family counseling, medication reviews, testing,
and case consulting are offered in the home or at the
youth's placement location.
Children's Charter

to children and families. Services are focused on individuals
who have experienced/witnessed domestic violence or
who have been victims of sexual, physical and/or emotional
abuse.
