Community Re-entry Centers are based
in a local neighborhood where juvenile offenders are
required to report regularly to the center. Participants
are involved in a structured program of life skills,
family work, education, counseling, and recreation.
As a licensed, outpatient Mental Health Clinic, Key
offers a full array of mental health services. Individual,
group, and family counseling, medication reviews, testing,
and case consulting are offered in the home or at the
youth's placement location.
